So, what happens if there is a tie in the electoral college? 

With all these troubles facing California these days, doesn't it seem like the perfect time to institute a carbon credit trading scheme?  Never mind that these exchanges in other countries have never actually lowered CO2 pollution anywhere they have been tried...  It is sad to watch liberal Democrats wreck a highly advanced economy.
