Fact checking Joe Biden, supposed constitutional law expert and lawyer. He sounded like he knew what he was talking about, but was really talking out of his ass. Article I deals with the legislative branch, and lists the duties of the VP. Article II deals with the executive (not Article I as Biden stated), and it doesn't proscribe duties, or even compensation, for the VP. His executive duties can be summarized as: he does what the President wants him to do. So the VP really does have legislative duties, despite Biden's claims to the contrary. Read the whole thing.
